No, we are not responsible for supervising your children. We provide gates as a curtesy and workers to ensure that U play remains organized. We ask all children in our facility to play safely under the supervision of the parents or guardians. Children and adults play on our equipment at their own risk.
We can hold up to 350 people including children and parents. If the amount of people exceeds this number, we have a waiting list.
Yes all patrons entering U Play must have a waiver signed.

No outside food or drink including coffee is permitted. U Play is not liable for any food or drinks brought in from outside. Some children have allergies. This is all for your children’s safety we hope this is not of any inconvenience.
Yes. For health and sanitary reasons we kindly ask all customers to wear socks only in the facility.
As long as it’s your children and your party guests, yes you can. If not, we kindly ask you to refrain from taking any pictures or videos within the facility.
No, All orders for platters must be ordered 3-2 days prior of your party.
We do not allow strollers in the facility for cleanliness reasons and to avoid any injuries of having the strollers in the way on busy days. However you may bring in your car seat. Wheelchairs are permitted in the facility.
No. U Play does not cater or provide any foods that are not on the menu.
We offer a 20% discount on party packages from Monday-Thursday. There is no discount offered for party packages from Friday-Sunday.
The party room is available to you for an hour. If you would like the room for longer, there is an additional fee. Please contact a U Play party coordinator.
Walk in birthdays WITHOUT a cake is permitted. However No walk in birthday’s with cake are permitted any day of the week in the general seating area. However we have a room rental for $75 per hour. Please refer to our party packages.
Yes, please stop by U Play to purchase one.
Yes we offer a 10% discount for each child. We ask that all military families present their I.D at arrival.
