• 1. Is U Play responsible for the supervision and injury of my children?

    No, we are not responsible for supervising your children. We provide gates as a curtesy and workers to ensure that U play remains organized. We ask all children in our facility to play safely under the supervision of the parents or guardians. Children and adults play on our equipment at their own risk.

  • 2. What is U Plays Capacity?

    We can hold up to 350 people including children and parents. If the amount of people exceeds this number, we have a waiting list.

  • 3. Do I have to sign a waiver?

    Yes all patrons entering U Play must have a waiver signed.

  • 4. What is the best way to book a birthday party or private function?

    The best way to do is by calling U Play at 780-488-3751 or 780-488-3753, email us at info@u-play.ca

  • 5. Can we bring outside food?

    No outside food or drink including coffee is permitted. U Play is not liable for any food or drinks brought in from outside. Some children have allergies. This is all for your children’s safety we hope this is not of any inconvenience.

  • 6. Do all children and adults have to wear socks and remove their shoes?

    Yes. For health and sanitary reasons we kindly ask all customers to wear socks only in the facility.

  • 7. Can I take pictures inside U PLAY?

    As long as it’s your children and your party guests, yes you can. If not, we kindly ask you to refrain from taking any pictures or videos within the facility.

  • 8. Does U Play have a Café?

  • 9. Can I order platters for birthdays on the same day as the birthday?

    No, All orders for platters must be ordered 3-2 days prior of your party.

  • 10. Are strollers allowed in U Play?

    We do not allow strollers in the facility for cleanliness reasons and to avoid any injuries of having the strollers in the way on busy days. However you may bring in your car seat. Wheelchairs are permitted in the facility.

  • 11.Can you provide any other food that is not on your menu for birthdays?

    No. U Play does not cater or provide any foods that are not on the menu.

  • 12. What discounts are available to me for birthday packages?

    We offer a 20% discount on party packages from Monday-Thursday. There is no discount offered for party packages from Friday-Sunday.

  • 13. How long do I get the party room for when I book a party package?

    The party room is available to you for an hour. If you would like the room for longer, there is an additional fee. Please contact a U Play party coordinator.

  • 14. Can we do walk in birthdays and bring a cake?

    Walk in birthdays WITHOUT a cake is permitted. However No walk in birthday’s with cake are permitted any day of the week in the general seating area. However we have a room rental for $75 per hour. Please refer to our party packages.

  • 15. Are there gift certificates available at U Play?

    Yes, please stop by U Play to purchase one.

  • 16. Are there any discounts for special needs children or military families on admission?

    Yes we offer a 10% discount for each child. We ask that all military families present their I.D at arrival.
